Born and raised in South Gate, Maureen Lopez is a true California native. Now living in Downey with her husband Miguel and their children, Maureen says her favorite thing about Southern California is the “wonderful weather and laid back environment.” |

As a resident of South Gate, Myriam has serviced the needs of many families as an Escrow Officer since 1990. By providing exceptional customer service, Myriam is committed to meeting the needs and wants of her clients. She states that her mission as an Escrow Officer is to “make each transaction a smooth and enjoyable process for all my clients.” Myriam also believes that her enthusiasm and dedication add to her client’s experience.
Myriam’s free time includes spending time with her loving husband, reading and experiencing fine restaurants. |

Stephanie is an Escrow Assistant and an integral part of the EscrowNet team. She insures that each transaction runs as smoothly as possible from the day escrow opens to the day escrow closes. Stephanie says, "I appreciate the opportunity to handle each transaction with the personal attention that EscrowNet's clients have come to expect and deserve."
Stephanie has been a Downey resident since 1998. She enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, making arts and crafts, and volunteering at animal shelters. |

Tania takes pride in meeting the needs of the clients she serves as receptionist for EscrowNet. "I take my job very seriously. Making sure our customers are comfortable and treated with the respect they deserve is my number one priority," says Tania. She also enjoys the fact that her position at EscrowNet gives her the opportunity to learn more about the real estate industry everyday.
Tania has been a resident of the city of Cudahy since 1993 and is a Bell High School graduate. She enjoys attending church, reading and watching movies. |
