Monica began her Real Estate career in 1998. As an escrow officer, she enjoys simplifying the escrow process to create a pleasant experience for each and every client. She takes great pride in closing every transaction efficiently and accurately. "My goal is to provide exceptional customer service to ensure every client's expectation are met. I strive to provide solutions to all transactions.

Monica was raised in Pico Rivera but now resides in West Covina with her husband Rudy and their three beautiful children. In her spare time, she and her family partipate in outdoor activities. Together, they enjoy camping, off-roading and boating.

Flor is an escrow assistant and is proud to be part of the EscrowNet team. “Working for EscrowNet has given me the opportunity to grow as a person and improve my skills as an escrow professional. My goal is to make each transaction go as smoothly as possible. I want to meet and beat our client’s expectations. I feel so fortunate to work with a great team of escrow officers. Flor was born and raised in Southeast Los Angeles County and has been a Downey resident since 2007. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing fine restaurants with her fiancé, Sheridan.

Andres is an escrow assistant and his priority are customers and understanding their present and future needs, also to meet and exceed customer expectations. Andres was born in Columbia, South America and Downey has been his home since he first came to Los Angeles at the age of 12. His favorite activities are spending time with his family Cynthia and Johhny, playing soccer, watching automotive racing, and helping the needy with food collections for the Downey Food Bank.
